Downgrade a paid license

Restaurantology members can choose to downgrade their licenses at any time, and can do so by contacting sales and requesting the change be made.

When moving from a paid plan to the free plan, keep the following in mind:

Profile credits	Profile viewing limits for the free version of Restaurantology will be reapplied to your license.
Insights	Certain firmographic and technographic insights may no longer be viewable in the free version of Restaurantology
Features	Advanced features, such as reverse lookups via compound filters, will no longer be available to users of the free version of Restaurantology
Timing	Downgrade requests will be processed within the written notice and initial term parameters outlined in your Pro license contract. No credits are offered for unused portions of paid services.
