Restaurantology customers may choose to update their billing and payment details at any time. All changes must be initiated via the contact us page.

Manage payment methods


All Restaurantology services may be paid via EFT. For bank account details, please refer to the bottom of your invoice.

When applicable, certain monthly invoices may include a “pay by credit card” link for your convenience. You may also request to set up automatic monthly credit card billing, or to change the payment card on file.

Credit card transaction fees may apply.

Add or update billing contacts


There may be other people within your company that need to stay up to date on billing, like the Accounting department. Restaurantology admins and members who upgraded a license can add people as billing contacts to ensure they also receive billing-related emails. All billing contacts will be notified via email when invoices are due, or when a payment card on file is charged.
