If you’re unable to sign in to Restaurantology, read on to learn how to troubleshoot some of the most common issues.
You forgot your password
From the login pop-up window, tap Need help? then click Forgot password.
Follow the steps to recover your Restaurantology credentials. Once you’re signed back in, you can set a new password for your account.
You’re not receiving emails
- Check that your Restaurantology account was created with the correct email. If you have both personal and work email addresses, be sure you’re using the right one.
- Check your spam folder. If emails from Restaurantology aren’t getting delivered to your inbox or spam folder, or links in our emails are expiring, contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your organization hasn’t activated your license yet
If you’re using Restaurantology as a member of an organization who has partnered with Restaurantology and have not received your welcome email, contact your system administrator to ensure that your license has been provisioned.
