How to request a change

To change your billing cycle (monthly or annual), contact our team. We’ll review your account and process the change according to your contract terms.

Change timing and proration

  • Billing cycle changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
  • Proration does not apply when changing billing schedules.

Billing schedule changes requested during the contract’s initial term or renewal term are subject to your original agreement’s notice requirements and term parameters.
