Payments can fail for a variety of reasons. If there’s ever an issue, Restaurantology will notify your account’s admins and any designated billing contacts.
What to expect
After… | What to expect |
7 days | We will notify Restaurantology admins and billing contacts that the payment has not been processed. |
14 days | A second reminder will be sent to the same contacts. |
21 days | We’ll follow up again with the Restaurantology admin and billing contacts. |
28 days | The license(s) will be downgraded to the Free plan unless payment is received. |
Update your payment method
If you’ve encountered a payment issue, Restaurantology admins and billing contacts can request toupdate a payment method.
