A free trial gives you access to all of Restaurantology’s paid features, including:
- Increased profile view credits.
- Extended firmographic insights including unit lists and ownership hierarchies.
- Technographic insights.
- Advanced search features.

Request a trial
If you’re a Restaurantology admin, contact us from the email address used to sign up for your workspace. No credit card is required to start a trial. You won’t be charged unless you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription.
What to expect when your trial ends
- If you upgrade: Your team will execute a signed contract outlining billing terms, payment methods, and pricing.
- If you don’t upgrade: Your license will revert to the free plan automatically.
Billing and contracts
Upgrades require a signed contract with:
- Monthly or annual billing terms.
- Payment method.
- Effective date and renewal terms.
- Product and pricing details.

Downgrading before or after trial end
If you change your mind before the trial ends, you can revert to the free plan at any time. After the trial ends, our Terms and Conditions apply. We do not refund payments for unused portions of the service.

Are there any paid features not included in a trial?
CRM integration trials are limited to one hundred (100) randomized records and require a configuration call with a Restaurantology specialist.
How can I cancel my trial?
Your trial will automatically end on the specified date. To end it sooner, contact sales.
Can I extend my trial?
In some cases, we may grant extensions. Contact us to submit a request.
Can I defer my trial?
Trials cannot be deferred, but you may request another trial after the current one ends.
